Terms and Conditions For purchases in the online ticket shop, www.malekigroup.com, of the Maleki Group, Maleki Conferences GmbH, Wiesenau 1, 60323 Frankfurt am Main (Register of Commerce: Frankfurt am Main County Court HR B 49160) becomes your contracting partner. The following terms and conditions of business shall apply for all orders and purchases. 1. Prices/dispatch costs The prices stated in the online ticket shop, www.malekigroup.com, of the Maleki Group at the time of ordering shall apply. At present, dispatch is free of charge for you. 2. Deliveries Deliveries are done world-wide. Delivery is effected by letter with the "Deutsche Post" to the delivery address stated by you. After complete conclusion of the ordering process and transmission of your order data to our in-house database for ticket dispatch handling, you should receive your order within 7 working days. 3. Conclusion of contract Your order in the online ticket shop, www.malekigroup.com, of the Maleki Group is binding. All orders on your part shall only lead to conclusion of a contract if they have been accepted by the online ticket shop, www.malekigroup.com, of the Maleki Group. Acceptance shall be at the free discretion of the online ticket shop, www.malekigroup.com, of the Maleki Group. Dispatch of the ordered tickets shall also be deemed acceptance. 4. Payment You can pay for your order with a credit cared (Visacard, Mastercard). In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to commission a collection company, by which additional costs can be incurred. 5. Right to cancellation and withdrawal Cancellations of tickets can only be accepted in writing as a matter of principle and shall be addressed to: Maleki Conferences GmbH Wiesenau 1 60323 Frankfurt am Main Germany Upon receipt of your registration you will receive a registration confirmation and the invoice for the congress fee. The fee has to be paid upon receipt of the invoice. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and are free of charge up to 30 days before the event. For cancellations received between 30 and 14 days before the day of the event, a cancellation fee of € 60,- plus VAT will be charged. For cancellations received at a later point in time the complete conference fee will be charged. Substitutes will be accepted at any time without any extra costs. The congress programme is subject to changes without further notice. 6. Data protection All person-related data shall be treated confidentially as a matter of principle. We shall process and use person-related data for order handling, to attend to customer relations, for personalisation of the tickets for the events and for addressing in our advertising. The data necessary for this shall be forwarded to service companies, if applicable. For the purpose of our own credit verification, we shall obtain creditworthiness information, if applicable, from payone GmbH & Co. KG and shall also transmit information to the latter. In data processing, your interests worthy of protection shall be complied with pursuant to statutory provisions, in particular those of the Federal Data Protection Act. Naturally, you can revoke the use, processing and forwarding of your data for advertising purposes at any time.
