President of the Deutsche Bundesbank speaks at opening conference
On November 14, 2011, the 14th EURO FINANCE WEEK in Frankfurt am Main will commence under the patronage of Dr. Wolfgang Schäuble, Federal Minister for Finance and Volker Bouffier, Minister President of the State of Hessen. At Europe's largest meeting point for the finance and insurance industry, nearly 40 conferences with 100 panel discussions provide a comprehensive overview of topics that are currently moving the industry.
State Secretary Jörg Asmussen, the President of the Deutsche Bundesbank Dr. Jens Weidmann, the banking association presidents Andreas Schmitz, Heinrich Haasis, Uwe Fröhlich and Christian Brand as well as Dr. Josef Ackermann, Hans-Dieter Brenner and Wolfgang Kirsch will speak about the regulatory and cross-sectoral outlook for the German financial markets at the opening conference on November 14 and 15.
