Under the initiative of the Agency for the Development of the Financial Centre (Luxembourg for Finance), Jean-Claude Juncker, Prime Minister of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, is hosting the congress Luxembourg Financial Forum 2008, a platform that presents Luxembourg's established role as premier financial centre. This international conference promoting the financial centre of Luxembourg on a European scale is as a first-class stage for an ongoing discussion on core financial and economic issues of international importance.

The Luxembourg Financial Forum 2008 - an annual international finance event - will bring together delegates from governments and ministries, financiers, insurers, legal and consulting firms, national and multinational organisations, as well as institutional and private investors in a highly productive environment for fruitful discussion and intensive networking.
